Returns

If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase if you notify us within 7 days. Items must be returned in their original condition for a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for shipping charges. Shoot as an email to get the process started!

Damaged Items

We will replace any damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will ship a replacement to you.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days.

Domestic orders ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Economy is USPS ground advantage or FedEx ground, standard is priority mail, and express is UPS 2nd day Air. You will receive emailed shipment notification when your item ships with tracking information. If you would like overnight shipping please email us as we normally can accommodate it for an extra fee based on weight.

International shipments are shipped via USPS ground advantage and DHL. You will receive emailed shipment notification with tracking once your item ships and it should arrive within 5-14 business days.

We do not mark "gift" on packages and are not responsible for customs, taxes, or handling fees charged on acceptance of your parcel for international orders. We advise looking up your country's customs policies prior to placing your order so you are aware of any charges.

General

All prints are shipped in a bend proof mailer with chipboard backing in a cello sleeve. All posters and prints larger than 11" x 14" or 12" x 12" are rolled and shipped in a mailing tube. 18" x 24" prints will be shipped directly from Simply Framed. Prints ordered together will sometimes be shipped separately to provide more secure shipping and to avoid damage.

Blankets

Blankets are shipped directly from our weavers in North Carolina. We will send shipment notification once they are shipped with tracking. Weaving can take up to 7 business days. Domestic shipping usually arrives within 2-5 business days with international shipping arriving within 10 business days. Everything else in your order will ship directly from our studio.

18 x 24 and Framed Prints

These large prints and framed prints are shipped directly to you by Simply Framed. Everything else in your order will ship directly from our studio. They are experts at packing and shipping artwork so we trust them to get it to you safely.
